Our products are sold strictly for research purposes only. For safety, sterility, and quality a reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivere.

We cannot guarantee the integrity of any product once it has left our facility, and therefore unable to restock or resell returned items.

Exceptions:

We will only offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The incorrect product was shipped
